Collagen peptides (low molecular weight collagen) are short chains of amino acids that form the basis of collagen and keratin, one of the main proteins of the human body. Collagen is present in many organs and tissues, and 2/3 of the skin consists of collagen, which determines its elasticity, smoothness and density.

After 25 years of age, collagen production begins to decline, and by the age of 60, no more than half of the original level may remain in the body. With age, collagen fibers become thicker, their number and elasticity decrease, which leads to sagging and thinning of the skin, and the appearance of static wrinkles.

There are currently 28 different types of collagen identified. More than 90% of the collagen in the skin is of the 1st and 3rd types, therefore their replenishment is especially important to prevent age-related changes.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C stimulates the production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid by fibroblasts. Biotin, or „beauty vitamin“, is a source of sulfur, which is necessary for the synthesis of keratin – the main structural protein of hair and nails. Biotin also regulates the sebaceous glands, reduces skin flaking, and prevents clogging of pores.

Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 is essential for the synthesis of amino acids and stimulates metabolic processes in the skin and mucous membranes.

Blueberries and Spinach
Anthocyanins, flavonoids, vitamins A, C, PP included in their composition strengthen the walls of blood vessels and protect collagen fibers from destruction.

Ingredients per 1 Vial:

• Hydrolyzed Fish (cod,
  pollock, haddock) Collagen 10 g;
• Vitamin C 100 mg;
• Vitamin B6 1.4 mg;
• Spinach leaf powder 1 mg;
• Biotin 50 mcg;
• other ingredients.

Directions:
Take one serving (50 ml) per day, can be taken directly, or mixed with a glass of water or juice.

DOSAGE DURATION
The first results will be visible after 4 weeks of regular use. Depending on the condition of the skin, the course may be extended for up to several months.
