Bovine colostrum
Bovine colostrum is a concentrated source of unique biologically active substances, including immunoglobulins, interferons, lactoferrins, and transfer factors. It is also rich in minerals (copper, zinc, iron, selenium, and magnesium), vitamins, amino acids, growth factors, and endorphins.

Colostrum contains up to 2.5 times less lactose than milk. Therefore, it may be suitable even for those who have eliminated dairy products from their diet.
